Partnerships to Complement Organizations’ Continuum of Mental Health Care.
How Bradley REACH Works With Organizations
Our programs operate in partnership with providers in each state. Our partnership model means that we can ensure effective crisis and disposition planning. It also enables us to ensure that our programming responds to local needs, while providing the same quality, evidence-based care that Bradley Hospital’s international reputation has been built on. We also work closely with local partners' payors (including Medicaid) on reimbursement for our programs, and to demonstrate the value of our care.
Our Programs are Designed To:
Provide care for kids, families
and communities
Reduce boarding in the Emergency Department
Avoid inpatient
hospitalization
How Can Our Programs Help?
Our virtual mental health programs for teens can be an effective diversion from inpatient care and to support discharge (step down) from inpatient treatment.
Telehealth allows patients to participate in the program while living safely at home. It makes it easy for families to play an active role in their teenager’s care.
Who Are Our Programs For?
Our programs are day and afternoon programs that typically occur
five days a week for teenagers who might struggle in school. Adolescents in our program tend to be experiencing:
Emotional issues
Behavioral issues
Relationship issues
Anxiety
Depression
Trauma
Self-Harm and Suicidal Thoughts
